The Pavillon de la jeunesse’s main space is the perfect venue for all kinds of major cultural, corporate and sporting events.
Whether for a show, concert, conference, hockey tournament or skating competition, the pavilion is ready to welcome between 4,200 and 6,000 visitors. With an exhibition area of 1,580 m2, the Pavillon de la jeunesse’s floor space is also an ideal complement to the Centre de foires.
Sports events
The Pavillon de la jeunesse is equipped with an adjustable skating rink—the very first in North America! Our system of retractable boards allows our rink to go from Olympic to North American dimensions in fewer than 10 minutes. No other venue in Québec City is better adapted to host hockey tournaments, skating competitions and other sports events.
Some 5,000 seats and four corporate boxes await your guests. Bar and ticketing services are also available for a full and customized sporting experience.
Concerts and shows
The Pavillion de la jeunesse can host large-scale shows, concerts, conferences and cultural gatherings of all kinds. When configured as a theatre, the building boasts 4,200 seats. When set up for concerts, the pavilion can welcome up to 6,000 fans.
The pavilion’s various venues allow you to welcome artists and guests in a comfortable ambiance—in addition to giving them a breathtaking view of the artworks at ExpoCité and of downtown Québec City.
